Quite good. I like the eyes, very realistic looking (though they seem reddish, tired?) and I like how I can see each strand of hair. The face is well colored, albeit a bit light. Like how you did the left eyes is perfect. Did you base it off a photo? That might be why (bright lights for glow effect and all).

The things I wanna point out are that his lips and teeth seem off from the rest of the composition along with his white shirt. They don't seem to have the same level of coloring as the rest, the shirt as well. But you put in a lot of time and it shows. Good job :)

hmm.. yea the pic i used had like really bright light....... yea i think i messed up the mouth.. and then.. i couldnt fix it... T^T waa.. o well... yea the eyes... i love drawing eyes so thats why they r like su much better than the rest of the picture... -____-

8D I know what you mean. There are just some parts of the body I'd much rather focus on. For me it's eyes, lips, hair, and hands. Ugh, noses, tch.

I'd say try experimenting by blending in different colors. Like using blue to shade with the skin tones or grays or even black in darker areas. But don't take my word. There are a lot of cool tutorials that show artists using a variety of colors I would've never thought of using.
